1. What are the shipping costs?

2. What is the Return and Exchange policy for the site?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, or defective and include the tags and the original packaging (if possible). If you would like to make an exchange, we will issue you Merchandise Credit via email which you can use to make a new purchase through the website. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. *Note: Some designers cannot accept returns. When applicable, this disclaimer is written on individual product detail pages.

Returns and exchanges must be sent to the return address provided on the invoice form. We cannot accept returns for customized items and international orders. Clearance and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please follow the instructions below to return your item:

1. Email returns@sicaria.com or click here.

2. In the body of the email include your order number and reason for returning the item. We will promptly return your email and provide you with an RMA number.

3. Complete the return section of the original receipt with your RMA number and enclose it with your return.

4. Securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the return address listed on the invoice. Customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

5. After the designer receives and approves the returned item, your credit card will be credited for the original amount excluding any shipping charges (see below for further explanation). For additional confirmation, please email us the tracking number for the returned package.*

6. Sicaria will send you a confirmation email once your return is processed.

3. How do I return a gift?

In the circumstance where a customer returns a gift, Sicaria will issue a Merchandise Credit for the amount of the returned merchandise via email to the gift recipient. He or she can use the merchandise credit to make a new purchase through the website.

4. As a Designer, how do I start selling my collection through Sicaria?

Thanks for your interest in joining Sicaria. Please email us at info@sicaria.com or through our Contact page with a link to your collection or your Lookbook. Once we review your submission, we will be in touch with you. In order to maintain quality on our site, we are selective about the designers we choose. Additionally, Sicaria utilizes a drop-shipping method and cannot support international designers (outside the U.S. or Canada) at this time.

5. How do I join your mailing list?

We want you to join our mailing list so you can receive updates, promotions, and event news about Sicaria. You will find a link to the mailing list in the bottom right corner of the each page of the site.

9. How do I enroll in the Rewards Program?

You will automatically be enrolled in the Rewards Program when you create an account with Sicaria. As a Sicaria Member you will enjoy exclusive access to our catalog of reward items. Each purchase contributes to reward points. Accumulate points until you become eligible to redeem points for a reward of your choice. Your reward item will arrive in beautiful packaging that you can keep for yourself or give as a gift.

Rewards points will be redeemable 2 weeks after a purchase. Points are calculated on the subtotal by rounding down to the nearest dollar. Reward items are non-refundable.

11. How do I become a guest blogger?

Email us at blog@sicaria.com with the article, your name, and any corresponding photos. We will review the submission and post it to our blog.

12. How do I become a regular contributor for the Blog?

13. I have a product question. Can I ask the designer?

Yes, most of our designers welcome direct questions from customers. Please allow 2 business days to receive a response. You must be logged into your account to directly email designers.

15. Will my purchase be subject to any sales tax?

Sicaria has been formed as an LLC in the District of Columbia. Only purchases that are shipped to the District of Columbia are subject to a sales tax.
