Cynthia Rybakoff is a native New Yorker who has created jewelry for American fashion icons Isaac Mizrahi, Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger to name but a few. Expertly hand crafted in NYC, with refined style and subtle artisan details, Cynthia designs fine fashion jewelry with a pop culture twist.
Trained as an artist, with an intuitive eye for color and trend, she began her career designing wearable art in the late 80's. Cynthia created imaginative runway jewelry for New York’s premier designers, including Bill Blass, Oscar De La Renta and Carolyne Roehm, while being regularly featured in top magazines and selling her signature couture pieces internationally.
In the mid 90's, Cynthia became a successful corporate design director for a series of high profile jewelry brands, eventually adding the title vice president of marketing and design to her resume. Yearning to return to her independent roots, she re-launched her own jewelry collection in 2007. Inspired by an eclectic mix of vintage, classic and contemporary design, reflecting her unique personal style, Cynthia creates sterling silver and semi-precious stone jewelry with a distinctive modern edge.
